School Fees Loans

School Loans are given to members once acceptable supporting documents are received. A member can obtain three times their deposit and the cheques are sent directly to the specified institutions.

Golden Loan

These are loans that are disbursed on a daily basis and a member can qualify for only one Golden loan at a particular time. The maximum amount that can be disbursed is Kshs. 150,000

Emergency Loan

These are loans that are approved by the credit committee on a daily basis upon receiving acceptable supporting documents required. The amounts disbursed are three times the member’s deposits

DEVELOPMENT LOAN

These are loans that are approved on first come first served basis once a month. The amounts approved are three times the member’s savings and the repayment period is 48 months.

These are loans that are issued to pursue higher education in colleges or universities. A member can get up to three times their savings after submission of a valid fees structure from the institution...

SOFT LANDING LOAN

One gets a Maximum loan repayment period 2, Maximum amount Ksh. 200,000, Interest rate of 2.5./0, Loans approved daily

Briefly About Comoco Sacco

COMOCO Sacco Society Ltd was started in June 1977 by employees of C.M.C Motors Ltd. And to date, it is 45 years of age.

The SACCO has a current Membership of over 5000 members with branches in Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Kitale, Nanyuki, Meru, Thika and lastly HomabaySateliteoffices are in Kakamega, Kapsabet, Migori, Sori and one will be opened at Oyugis.
